Why don’t all my reports display on an external dashboard? (They appear disabled in settings)

If you see a check-box disabled on an external dashboard, please check one of the following:

  • Make sure that there is a report created for that particular tool. You can create a report by going to a tool specific tab on the left hand navigation (‘Rankings’ etc.), and selecting ‘Add Report’.
  • We can only display successfully completed reports. So if you see a red ‘!’ icon next to a disabled report it means that report has failed. You can go to a tool specific tab and re-run a report from there by clicking on the green ‘Re-run’ button at the top.
