How do I add/remove a logo from my white-labeled reports?

  • You can upload your company logo on the ‘Add & Edit White-Label Profile’ pages. We accept jpg/png/gif formats up to 2MB size. We will display a logo on all your external & PDF reports as long as there is a logo uploaded in your white-label profile settings.
  • If you don’t want to display a logo on your external reports & PDFs anymore, then you will need to remove it from your white-label. To do so, you need to hover over the logo & click on the ‘x’ icon that appears in the top right corner. Clicking on the ‘x’ will remove the logo, but please ensure that you save your white-label settings after that by clicking on the green ‘Update White-Label Profile’ button at the bottom of the form.
  • If you would like to update a logo, then simply upload a new logo over the old one and save your white-label settings by clicking on the green ‘Update White-Label Profile’ button.
