Why I cannot change a white-label on my reports?

There can be two reasons why you can’t change a white-label on your report ‘Edit Report’ page.

  • ‘Single Business’ business package owners do not have a white-label feature. Therefore all their reports are using a BrightLocal branded white-label. If you are a ‘Muti Business’ & ‘SEO Pro’ package owner and you can’t change a white-label on ‘Edit Report’ settings - then please make sure you have at least one white-label created on the ‘White-Label Profiles’ page. If you are still having problems, then please contact us and we will look into it for you.

On the ‘Edit Report’ page, if the Select white label profilefield is disabled and reports are linked to a location then it is highly likely that report is currently using a white-label from the Location Dashboard ‘Settings’. If you would still like to change a white-label for that report, then go to the ‘Settings’ tab on the left hand side of the page. In ‘Settings’ please make sure that ‘Use the same white label profile across all current location reports’ option is deselected.
